Feed and accumulation turntables are used to load bottles onto a filling line conveyor and to accumulate bottles at the end of a line. Neumann Packaging offers rotary feed turntables and accumulation tables to keep your filling line running smoothly and efficiently.
Bottle Feed and Accumulation Turntables
A bottle feed turntable is placed at the beginning of a filling line to load bottles onto the conveyor and into the filling machine. The operator places bottles on the rotating turntable and the turntable feeds them onto the conveyor in a single file.
Feed turntables are available in a range of sizes to match your bottle size and production speed. They are adjustable and can be used with a variety of bottle shapes and sizes.

Heavy Duty Direct Drive — No Belts or Chains
Our turntables use a direct drive motor and gear reducer with no belts or chains to maintain. This makes the turntable easy to clean and maintain, and eliminates the need to replace belts or adjust chain tension.
The drive system is reliable and long-lasting, and is designed to run continuously in a production environment. Variable speed control allows the operator to match the turntable speed to the filling line speed.
Corrosion Resistant Feed and Accumulation Tables
These rotary turntables have a plastic top and sides to help protect the machine from corrosive fumes and products. Corrosion resistant rotary accumulation turntables are available for filling lines that handle acids, bleach, and other corrosive liquids.
Table Feeding Turntable
